Registration
Registration for the 2026 AWWEE Annual Conference will open this summer. We look forward to welcoming professionals from across the water, energy, and environmental sectors for three days of learning, networking, and professional growth.
Early Bird Registration:
Avaialable July 1 through August 7, 2026
Early bird registration is available exclusively to active AWWEE members at a special rate of $950.
Regular Registration:
Available August 8 through October 2, 2026
AWWEE Member (Public Agency / Non-Profit): $1,050
AWWEE Member (Private Company): $1,150
Non-Member (Public Agency / Non-Profit): $1,250
Non-Member (Private Company): $1,350
We encourage attendees to register early, as conference capacity is limited. Additional conference details, including the program schedule and special events, will continue to be added to this webpage as they become available.
Hotel Accommodations
Attendees may book their stay today through the official conference housing link.
The official conference hotel is the Portola Hotel & Spa, ideally located along the Monterey waterfront and within walking distance of conference activities, restaurants, and local attractions.
Hotel reservations should be made through the official conference booking link, available exclusively to 2026 AWWEE Conference attendees.
By booking within the official AWWEE hotel block, attendees will receive the best available conference rates and added amenities while staying alongside colleagues, industry leaders, and the AWWEE community. Staying within the hotel block also helps support the conference and enhances the overall attendee experience, both during and beyond conference sessions.

Booking Deadline: October 5, 2026 at 5:00 PM PST, or until rooms sell out. Availability is limited, so we encourage you to reserve your room early.
