About Our Speaker

Lisa Gordon, M.S. is a dynamic Speaker, Trainer, Facilitator, & Consultant and the CEO of Lisa Inspires, a training, facilitation, and consulting firm based in San Diego. Lisa engages corporate, government, and non-profit clients in thought-provoking and innovative presentations, training, workshops, retreats, and strategic planning sessions to facilitate new discoveries, navigate organizational change, re-define leadership, re-think mission and vision, and expand outreach to diverse communities.

Lisa previously worked in the world of water in community and government relations while serving at the San Diego County Water Authority. She currently provides training, facilitation, and consulting services on behalf of water, energy, and environmental clients locally and internationally.

Lisa was named a 2023 Top 50 Woman of Influence by the San Diego Business Journal and has been featured in Authority Magazine and Professional WOMAN’s Magazine. She is also an award-winning writer, published poet, and the best-selling Co-Author of The Diamond from Within: Overcoming Obstacles in Life and Business.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of California, San Diego, and a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from National University.
