Join fellow AWWEE members for a family-friendly morning at The Ecology Center, a Regenerative Organic Certified farm and living classroom nestled on 28 acres in San Juan Capistrano.
This immersive experience will include an educational talk on The Ecology Center's mission and regenerative farming practices, a guided tour of the farm, and a hands-on activity where you'll pick fresh ingredients straight from the fields and put them to use -- think garden-fresh salsa made right on the spot.
The Ecology Center models creative, practical solutions for thriving on planet Earth, connecting communities to the food systems, ecosystems, and skills that support healthy, sustainable living. It's a natural fit for a community of women who work every day at the intersection of energy, water, and environment.
Following the event, members are welcome to continue the morning together with an informal lunch at the on-site cafe (self-hosted, not included in registration).
