Take a deep breath and step into a space designed just for you—where movement meets mindfulness, and community meets calm.
Join fellow AWWEE members and their guests for a soul‑nourishing wellness experience that gently strengthens the body, clears the mind, and uplifts the spirit.
In honor of June’s Self-Care Month, this gathering creates a peaceful pause in your week—an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and realign with what keeps you grounded.
You’ll enjoy a beautifully guided yoga‑infused mat Pilates session that blends intentional stretching, mindful movement, and energizing full‑body strengthening.
Over the course of 55-minutes, your body will open, lengthen, and strengthen—closing with a soothing cool‑down that restores balance and leaves you feeling refreshed, aligned, and deeply renewed. The session will begin with a slow, intentional stretch to gently open the body and improve flexibility. From there, you will transition into a focused, full body workout that builds strength, stability, and control. The class will conclude with a calming cool down to restore flexibility and support spinal mobility, leaving you feeling aligned, refreshed, and reconnected.
After class, linger a while. Sip on refreshing beverages, enjoy nourishing bites, and connect with the AWWEE community in a relaxed, supportive atmosphere. Fitness professionals may also be available for gentle conversation and insights on wellness topics.
Whether this is your first class or a familiar part of your self‑care routine, you’ll find this experience welcoming, uplifting, and joyfully grounding.
