Unplugged: e-Waste Recycling Center Tour

Curious what happens to all those old cell phones, decade-old laptops, and batteries?

Join us for a tour of the CEAR facility to learn about their environmentally sustainable eWaste recycling. CEAR maintains an unparalleled commitment to the environment and uses energy efficient processing technologies to safely dispose of hardware and sensitive data assets.

Their innovative and advanced technology is highly efficient - recovering materials from thousands of tons of electronic waste every year.

This event will include a presentation, facility tour, and Q&A session. This event was previously advertised as including lunch; however, due to space limitations, we have canceled the lunch portion.

CEAR’s Mission

Recognizing the global need for renewable resources and greater data security, CEAR began environmentally sustainable electronic asset recovery in the year 2000.

Throughout their operations they maintain an unparalleled commitment to the environment. From their facility’s energy efficient processing technologies to the responsibly sourced products they purchase for their office, they are devoted to practicing environmentally sound methods.
