Join members of AWWEE’s Sacramento regional event planning team for a spooky Halloween tour of the Leland Stanford Mansion State Historic Park in downtown Sacramento!
The Leland Stanford Mansion is a stunning example of the splendor and elegance of the Victorian era in California. Originally built in 1856, the Mansion was later remodeled (twice!) by Leland and Jane Stanford. The Mansion served as the office of three governors during the turbulent 1860’s -including Leland Stanford, and in 1900 the home was given to the Sisters of Mercy for use as an orphanage. Join us for a uniquely haunting experience with guided tours of the mansion, and a hay bale maze and photo opportunities outside.
If the group is interested in continuing to network after the tour, we may find a spot nearby for happy hour.
