Join other AWWEE members to help improve Bay Area creeks and lakes by cleaning up debris in and around Lake Merritt in Oakland, CA. This can be an easy way to protect local waterways and prevent trash from reaching the bay and ocean. The clean up will be followed by appetizers and refreshments at Lake Chalet Seafood Bar & Grill.

Meet outside The Lake Chalet Seafood Bar & Grill @ Lake Merritt. We recommend taking Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART). The closest BART stations are Lake Merritt (0.4 miles) or 19th Street (0.7 miles). Alternatively, you can find street parking around the lake (at your own risk) or pay for valet through Lake Chalet.

Registration is free and open to active AWWEE members plus one guest. Guest name and email required at registration.

Attendees interested in the optional networking lunch can meet at Lake Chalet Seafood Bar & Grill after clean up.
