Today, mentoring as a concept is broadly acknowledged as a valuable tool for developing strong leaders.  What are the elements of a successful mentoring experience?  One essential tool for both the mentee and mentor is understanding how to provide and receive, positive, growth-inducing feedback   In this session, participants will learn a practiced approach for providing feedback.
