Director of Membership and Engagement

This position will play a critical role in advancing AWWEE’s mission to foster a community dedicated to the advancement of all women in the fields of water, energy, and environment.  The Director of Membership and Engagement will develop and implement strategies to increase membership, enhance member engagement, and build long-term, sustainable relationships with members, supporters, and partners.  This dynamic role blends membership management, community engagement, fundraising, and organizational leadership to drive AWWEE’s continued success and impact.  As a newly created position, there is an opportunity for the right candidate to shape its impact and evolve the position over time.
