For this special AWWEE members-only event, we invite you to be part of the discussion as we identify challenges, opportunities, and actionable steps we can take individually and as part of our collective organizations to create more equitable and inclusive corporate cultures.

Thursday, February 4, 2021
10:00 - 11:00 a.m. panel discussion followed by audience Q&A until 11:30 a.m.

All registered attendees will receive a survey to share their perspectives on diversity, equity, and inclusiveness within their communities and workplaces.

Bringing together the patterns identified in the survey responses, a panel of industry leaders will discuss their thoughts and ideas for how organizations can create diverse, inclusive, and equitable corporate cultures where employees are treated fairly and feel safe to be themselves at work.
