Mentorship Matters: Exploring the Power of Connection

Are you curious about becoming a mentor—or finding one?

Join AWWEE for an inspiring webinar that dives into the value of mentorship and how it can shape both your professional and personal growth. Whether you’re looking to guide others or grow through guidance yourself, this session will help you take the first step.

This session will cover:

  • Mentorship Fundamentals: What mentorship is and why it matters

  • How to Get Started: What to expect as an AWWEE mentor or mentee

  • Real-World Insights: Practical advice from those who’ve made mentorship part of their career journey

Hear from Gina Wansor and Jessyca Sheehan as they share insights, lessons learned, and their “why” behind mentorship. The event will also include a live Q&A, giving you the chance to ask questions and connect directly with our speakers.

As we approach National Mentoring Month in January, this is a great time to explore how mentorship can enhance your leadership journey.
