Communicating Your Leadership Values

What makes you a good leader? Are you brave, bold, and accessible? Are you confident or vulnerable? Do you inspire us to look within to become a better team or push us toward a bigger goal, together? Are you firm and direct, or curious and compassionate? What is it about your leadership style that makes you shine?

This 60-minute, hands-on (and camera on) workshop will help AWWEE members identify and communicate how we each approach leadership. Often, the best leaders in our lives recognize the values in what we say and how we show up for others, and can help us tap into our full potential.

 This workshop will help you:

  1. Identify and articulate your leadership values

  2. Practice communicating what you want and need with your teams and leaders, based on those values

  3. Share a simple exercise with your teams to help them articulate and honor their values, too.

This workshop will include one-on-one interactions with a fellow participant. Plan to have your camera ON and to limit other distractions or multi-tasking during the event so you AND your partner can benefit from the full experience.

To foster a space where participants are comfortable sharing openly, this event WILL NOT be recorded.
