The Ripple Effect: Creating People-First Cultures Through Human-Centered Leadership

  • Glen Ivy Golf Club 24400 Trilogy Parkway Corona, CA, 92883 United States (map)

Strengthen your leadership, elevate your impact, and connect with women shaping the future of water.

Join us for The Ripple Effect, a dynamic regional women’s conference created for professionals across the water and wastewater industry. This half-day, highly interactive workshop brings together leaders at every level—from technical operators in the field to administrative and strategic teams behind the scenes.

Through engaging discussions, hands-on activities, and authentic connection, participants will explore the power of their individual leadership voice and the influence they carry within their organizations. Attendees will learn practical, human-centered strategies to strengthen workplace culture, enhance collaboration, and support team resilience.

The day will begin with check-in and a catered Italian buffet lunch from 11:30am to 12:30pm, followed by leadership training from 12:30pm to 4:30pm. An optional networking and happy hour gathering will take place from 4:30pm to 6:00pm for those who wish to continue connecting.

As an added bonus, EVMWD will be funding and raffling off three Individual Level AWWEE memberships to event participants.

Whether you’re looking to deepen your leadership toolkit, build community, or spark meaningful change within your organization, The Ripple Effect offers an inspiring space to grow, connect, and bring new possibilities back to your teams.

Thank you to the Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District team for extending the invitation to the AWWEE community!
