Induction Cooking: A Hands-On Learning Experience

  • Outdoor Courtyard Kitchen 525 Technology Drive Irvine, CA, 92618 United States (map)

Get ready for an interactive and delicious experience at this hands-on learning event, where we’ll dive into the world of induction cooking technology and put it to the test!

Join us as we explore the innovative, energy-efficient induction stoves and discover why they’re a game changer in the kitchen. You’ll also get the chance to roll up your sleeves and make your own plant-based, gluten-free crepe topped with fresh berries and vegan whipped cream—all under the guidance of a talented chef who’ll walk you through each step and share the recipe.

To top it off, we’ll be joined by a representative from The Switch Is On, who will explain the many benefits of induction cooktops.

This will be a fun afternoon of hands-on learning, exploring the future of cooking, and mingling with fellow AWWEE members. Don’t miss out—reserve your spot today!

Who is The Switch Is On?

The Switch Is On initiative was launched in 2019 by the Building Decarbonization Coalition (BDC) to educate, inspire, and make switching to electric appliances easier for communities, contractors, and all those who live and work in buildings.
