About our Speaker
Jessyca Sheehan has extensive experience partnering with state, national and global companies and organizations on strategic communication and public affairs campaigns. She currently serves as Senior Vice President at Lucas Public Affairs where she counsels clients in a variety of industries, including energy, technology and transportation. Before joining LPA, Jessyca was vice president of a Bay Area-based public affairs agency where she oversaw strategic communications and engagement programs for high-profile statewide initiatives in the energy and utilities sector. In that role, she also led public speaking and message training seminars and provided professional coaching for Fortune 500 companies and senior executives. Previously, she was a director at the Sacramento office of APCO Worldwide where she led the firm’s North America Energy and Clean Tech practice. Jessyca serves on the board of California Women in Energy and is a member of the AWWEE Sacramento regional leadership team. Jessyca has a BA in English and French from the University of California, Los Angeles. Following her graduation, she taught English at a high school in the southwest of France. She is an avid runner with more than a dozen half marathons under her belt.
